I asked Kate to commission my wedding cake selection and not only did she do a superb job with the cakes but they fitted the brief perfectly with my 1950's themed wedding.
The main cake was lemon drizzle - for me, it was the star of the show (as it is my personal favourite). Then this was surrounded with a gorgeous selection of different flavoured cupcakes, all styled to perfection

Kate made some cakes for a friend and I spotted them on Facebook. I loved them and got in touch with Kate to make some specially designed cakes for a friend’s birthday. It was very last minute and Kate was very communicative and did everything to help and get the cakes ready on time. They were delicious and creative and went down very well. I’ve ordered from Black Cat Cupcakes a number of times and I’ve always been amazed by the end results. Kate really takes the time to find out what the customer wants and goes above and beyond with what she produces. We are a family with different dietary requirements and must have been clients from hell, nevertheless, Kate Baker wasn’t fazed at all. She produced vegan and  eggless cakes for us which were delicious. They looked great and she presented them very professionally. We were delighted by Kate’s cakes. Will be very happy to ask Kate to bake for us again.
